How 50 Years Old Katsina Man R2ped A 3-Year Old Girl To Death
A 50-year-old man, identified as Sani has landed in prison custody for raping his neighbour’s three year-old-daughter to death in Katsina State.
The incident happened in Funtua Local Government Area of the state when Sani allegedly lured the child to a nearby uncompleted building.
He was said to have closed her mouth and rap3d her till she gave up the ghost.
Sani was arrested after the victim’s father, Ibrahim Abdullahi of Jabiri Quarters, Funtua, reported the incident at Central Police Station, Funtua.
Sani and the victim’s parents reside in the same house in Funtua.
The Police First Information Report, FIR, on the incident revealed that Sani allegedly lured the victim to a nearby uncompleted building, closed her mouth and rap3d her.
She reportedly died while being rap3d.
Police Prosecutor, Inspector Sani Ado told a Funtua Magistrates Court yesterday that Sani’s offence was contrary to Section 283 and 221 of Penal code law.
Ado, however, said investigation was still in progress on the case.
The police prosecutor pleaded with the court for a new date for the case to be mentioned.
The Magistrate court presided over by Hajiya Fadila Dikko granted the prosecutor’s request and adjourned the case to 9th April, 2018.
The judge directed that Sani be remanded in prison custody till then.
